We selected Resolution Estate Sales to handle the estate sale for my parents, who have just moved into assisted living. Steve and Holly were absolutely wonderful. They were so empathetic and compassionate when explaining to my parents how the process would work, and answering all our follow up questions. They understand just how emotional this is for the folks involved. Steve & Holly put the sale together within 3 weeks, to meet our deadline for getting the house on the market. The sale was a big success! I recommend them to everyone

My mom passed away in late March, 2020 - during the early stages of the pandemic. I hired Holly and Steve to sell the contents of my mom's house. There wasn't much in the house since my mom had moved to assisted living. But even though there wasn't a lot of items to sell, Steve and Holly took on the task. I am so pleased with them. They are compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive. They did everything that they said they'd do. They are very knowledgeable about household and antique and special items and they work hard to stay up to date on current values. Steve and Holly are honest and fair. I feel so fortunate that I chose them and I highly recommend them.
