About Dugdale Estate Liquidations LLC

I have been buying and selling antiques and collectibles for about 15 years in a small retail outlet in Ohio and have recently relocated to Jacksonville, FL. I have conducted several Estate Sales in Ohio for friends and relatives who needed such services, but it was never a main focus. It is a natural progression to enter this field now and as I have a great deal of experience in valuing these items and selling them. I am a retired CPA so organizing and conducting an estate sale, summarizing the results, and managing the process are not difficult tasks as I have enjoyed working with clients and delivering the results that they desire. You can expect that I will develop a good estimate of your values and what we can expect to realize from the sale. My focus will be on delivering what you need and if I can do so, and if I can't I will tell you.

What People Say About Dugdale Estate Liquidations LLC
My mother had to downsize when she moved into assisted living. It was up to me to get the condo emptied so that the realtor could list it. We received an offer from a local estate sale company to buy the contents of her condominium, 2 br, two baths, 1200 sq ft, for $1850. Seemed low, we contacted Leo Dugdale (owner of Dugdale Estate Liquidations LLC) who we knew sold antiques and collectibles. He conducted the estate sale for us over 4 days, Thurs-Sunday. Since the carpets were beige they covered the entire floor in the house with a plastic sheeting to keep from soiling the carpet. We cleared $3850. The sale ran smoothly. His team took pictures, posted them on two websites. They also estimated values and priced each item. Leo said we would likely not sell everything in the estate sale. There were items left and Leo arranged for Goodwill to come and take what was left. We were able to list the condominium a week later and it sold over asking price the first day. Our main concern was getting the condo empty so we could sell it and that was accomplished. I would give a strong recommendation.
