This auction lot is for a Barney Bright Sculpture of King Louis XV. This sculpture is an authentic, signed bronze from the famous Louisville, Kentucky artist. If our memory serves us the King Louis XV statue was designed by Bright for the American Advertising Federation as an association award - much like the "Oscars" - this bust does not sit upon the pedestal or wood stand as others we have seen, nor is it gilded the copper color. Bid now and bid high! Where you gonna get an original Barney Bright at your price. 28 / 543 sold -

This auction lot is for a nice example of a Irish Porcelain Doll. The included tag tells us that the doll is by Acorn Miniatures from Midleton, County Cork, Ireland. The doll is named "Lucy" and is a replica of one designed and made in 1890. The doll measures about 8-inches long and comes in a very ornate dressing gown with lots of lace. There is a very small browning spot from improper storage on the front of the gown which we have chosen not to attempt to clean leaving that decision to the new owner, The doll comes on a matching thin pillow. Too cute and precious! 59 / 543 -
