1870-CC PCGS (Gold Shield) F12 Seated Liberty Dollar Rare Beautiful Coin First Year of a CC Carson City mintage!
A very rare coin going up in value due to an extremely low mintage of only 12,462 silver dollar coins. The coin is 90% Silver, 10% Copper, weighs 26.73 grams, and 38.10 millimeters in diameter with reeded edge minted in Carson City, Nevada.
A beautiful looking toned coin with no scratches, no graffiti, no holes, no filing edges, and never cleaned, as it passed the world’s most scrupulous PCGS Gold Shield grading. Recently graded a few years ago after professionally stored in the same collection since the 1950’s, when pulled out of circulation by my grandmother at the corner store where she worked in Salinas California in the 1950's. She was smart a smart lady to know to immediately to collect the coin and store it separately in her collection along with a 50 cent piece she also found. The 50 cent silver coin for sale here on Ebay my grandmother also pulled out of circulation in the 1950's and should be collected together. They are both toned the same, and stored properly since they were minted, and came from the same person prior to the 1950's that spend them at the corner store on groceries.
