In-Person/Local Pickup will be Wednesday, 3/1/2023. Winning bidders will be given the pickup address after the close of auction.

This is an "as is, where is" auction. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the integrity and condition of the items that they bid on.
By bidding in this auction, bidder certifies that they are 21 years or older and all the information they register with is true & correct. Knowingly registering with false or incorrect information is fraud.
If you are ill or showing signs or symptoms of illness, please do not attend. By participating in this event, you agree to indemnify both North Port Estate Services and the owner of this property from any illness, injury or other condition which might arise.
This auction has the availability for onsite pickup at the buyer's expense. PLEASE BRING HELP for heavy items as there will not be anyone to help you at this auction. Some items will already be boxed for you.
AUCTION GUIDELINES & RULES
Buyer's Premium is 20%.
A 3% Card Processing fee will be added and collected on all credit/debit card transactions.
Auctioneer(s) will make all final determinations and settle all disputes. We reserve the right to terminate any bidders bidding privileges at any time for any reason.
Once you have won a lot(s) and are declared the winning bid; you are obligated to complete the purchase and take all items in the lot(s). You may not back out of a bid after being declared the winner. Failure to finalize full and complete payment of won items by end of the stated auction pickup date; may result in the bidder being permanently banned from all of our future events/auctions & reported to the Auction Site Host as a 'high risk' bidder. This may result in the loss of bidding privileges in other auctions hosted on the website. We also report 'high risk bidders to other Auctioneers. We reserve the right to pursue LEGAL ACTION against those who do not pay for their winning items.
This auction has the availability for onsite pickup only. Some items may already be wrapped and packed in boxes before, during or after auction starts. We do not assume any cost in packing items. It is the buyer's responsibility to make all moving/delivery arrangements including but not limited to people to help you move heavy items, bringing the necessary tools to disassemble items, containers or bins and/or protective wrap or cushion for breakable items. We will not and do not provide any of these services. We do not move, ship or transport any items. We also do not provide shipping quotes or options of any kind. Admittance to the estate may be restricted to buyers that purchased larger items or furniture. All other items may be brought outside the home by staff. Please make your arrangements for these things prior to your time of pickup for a smooth and easy pickup.
Reserves may be placed on some items and if the bidding does not reach the reserved amount, the lot will be passed. Lots that have been passed or closed may not be reopened again for any reason. Items or lots in our catalog may be added/edited/removed as needed.
During cataloging we may use masking/painter's tape to mark item by lots. We are not responsible in any way for damage sustained by tape to items.
All items in our auctions belong to the respective estate(s) or consigners until completion of full payment is made by high bidder. None of the items in our catalog reflect our personal or professional opinions or beliefs. We liquidate the items that are contracted to us.
Full payment must be completed prior to receiving your items. All payments must be completed after the end of auction you are granting us permission to automatically bill your credit card on file.
Items not picked up by the end of the above stated Auction Pickup date/time are considered 'abandoned property' and are either re-auctioned, donated or destroyed. Refunds are NOT given for items paid for and not picked up. It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up their items.
All sales are final & no refunds are given for any reason.
