This is an online auction. ONLINE BIDDING ONLY. Your bid is your promise to pay the amount of your winning bid. Please be observant of the pick-up time and location. If you cannot make the pick-up time or location, please do not bid.
Pick-up will be Tuesday, February 13th. The location will be 42nd and Memorial in Tulsa, OK.
All Sales Final. Items sold as is where is. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.
Debit Cards accepted via Square. No cash, no checks for auction purchases. Your registered payment will automatically be charged with your card on file upon winning your bid.
Please check your emails and/or your bank activity for confirmation if you won the bid.
Sales Tax Exempt information must be provided at time of registration. If any required information is missing, we will be required to collect sales tax.
If you wish to preview items, please visit us this Thursday, February 8th between 11:30-1:30 or 4:30-6:30 at 7709 E. 42nd Pl.. #144 Tulsa, OK 74145. Towards the back of the complex on the east side of the building.
Although we attempt to describe and photograph each item to the best of our ability, we rely heavily on information provided by our consignors. It is also understood that each item is a resale item, meaning it is not new, therefore it is possible that items may have minor or significant wear and tear, imperfections or damage. It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item of interest to determine the condition, value, and any other pertinent information relative to his or her buying decision. Exquisite Estate Sales LLC cannot provide guarantees or warranties of any kind, nor be held responsible for condition, description, genuineness, origin, authentication, size, clarity, cut, designer, age, defects, culture, provenance, origin etc. We advise that you take advantage of the preview time so that you may inspect your item of interest in order to determine your buying decision. We cannot/do not fully inspect each item for condition, flaws, age, or any other attributes. The descriptions we provide are for identification purposes only. Upon, pick-up (after confirmed payment) any discrepancies must be brought to our attention before leaving the pick-up location. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. No refunds, exchanges or charge backs.
Local Pickup Only. Delivery not available. Pick-up time and location are firm. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be observant of the pick-up time and location that will be posted either here, Facebook, or email. It is not our responsibility to contact you directly to arrange pick-up and pick-up location. It is at our discretion to determine if the winning bidder has an emergency or an extenuating circumstance requiring special arrangements for pick-up. If it is determined as so, then the buyer must adhere to Exquisite's terms for an alternate pick-up time and location, which may include a $25 service fee. Items that are not picked up by the scheduled pick-up time will be considered forfeited and will become the property of Exquisite Estate Sales LLC. Items that are not picked up-forfeited at the scheduled time will not be refunded.

Please be advised that some of our auctions may have reserve prices as requested by our consignors.
