TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Welcome! We’re glad you’re here. All items are sold "as-is." Online we do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photos so you’ll know what you'll be receiving. We use the services of a certified appraiser to help arrive at reserves and market values. However all appraisals are opinions, ultimately.
Winning buyers and bidders will be invoiced by email. Please indicate upon winning whether you require shipping. You can do this on the item’s tab. WAIT TO PAY until shipping has been added to your invoice. Multiple purchases will be offered a shipping discount.
PICKING UP: Items won online must be picked up AFTER the sale is over (Feb. 28 - March 4th). Text 646-339-3898 with your info to make arrangements. Calls are not likely to be answered, but texts are welcome.
PAYMENT FOR ONLINE ITEMS: We prefer payment online in advance. If paying in person we accept CASH or Credit cards on the day of pick-up. We do NOT accept checks unless we know you.
SHIPPING: If you need shipping, WAIT TO PAY until your invoice has been updated. If you have multiple items, we can combine shipping to save you money whenever possible. If you’d like a shipping estimate (provided before it has been packed) please request it 24 hours in advance of the items’ closing.
We offer in-house shipping. We professionally pack items ourselves and use either FedEx or USPS. We are careful packers, not hasty packers. Packing/Shipping can take up to 2 weeks.
OTHER TERMS: By agreeing to purchase, you understand that you have to either pick up by the dates mentioned or indicate you’d like the item shipped. Items not picked up or invoices ignored will be resold and buying privileges revoked.
