Fair and Square Estate Sales is not responsible for your bidding results, so only bid what you can afford to pay. Unfortunately, due to some people who have refused to honor their bids, we now require all bidders to have a credit/debit card number on file in order to bid on our items. Your card will NOT be automatically charged at the end of the auction, and you don't have to use it to pay - however, those that refuse to pick up or communicate with us after they have won an auction WILL have their purchases charged to their cards. An auction bid is a legal contract, and we expect you to honor your obligation. "Changing your mind" or "your pick up times are not convenient" is not valid reasons for reneging on your obligation. We share the names and email addresses of ALL non-paying bidders with other local estate sale companies. We do not charge a buyer's premium.
NOTE: Cash payment preferred. Credit/debit card purchases are welcome - however, We charge a 3% convenience charge for all credit card purchases. All payment is collected at pick-up unless you prefer to go ahead and charge your purchases to the card number you have on file. Sales tax is 7%.
Pick up Days (FOLEY) for this sale are as follows - Friday, May 28 4-7pm and Saturday, May 29 from 9:00-11:30am, We have to stagger the time slots as we do not too many people on the property at one time. Wear a mask or not - it's up to you.
All winning bidders will be contacted when the auction is complete and given the address and time for pickup. Appointments are REQUIRED.

When you bid on an item, we assume that you may be interested in future sales and automatically add you to our database. We never share your email with third parties.
