PAYMENT DUE Full payment must be made no later than 6:00 pm (PT) on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Paypal, Stripe, Square, and Venmo payments electronically as well as cash and credit cards at the time of pickup.
SALES TAX Sales tax will be added to all invoices and must be paid in full, unless you have a valid resale license. Please contact us to have your invoice adjusted after documentation has been provided.
REMOVAL All items must be removed no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. We do offer curbside pick unless a large item is purchased. YOU MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS. WE DO NOT ASSIST WITH HEAVY/LARGE ITEMS AS WE ARE GETTING OLD AND OUR BACKS ARE STARTING GIVE US TROUBLES!!!!!
PICK UP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 AM-5:00 PM ON Wednesday, March 27, 2024. PICK UP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
For smaller items – we can deliver to Mr. Ryder’s Antiques in the town of Graton for those that live in Sonoma County and wish to pick up there. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to pick up at Mr. Ryder.
SHIPPING
Shipping is available on SOME items, please check with us regarding shipping of items prior to bidding. Shipping is at the buyer's risk and expense.
REMOVAL ASSISTANCE Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.
REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please contact us at infoatsves@gmail.com and let us know who will be picking up your items be sure that they have a valid ID to match the name you provide.
DISCLAIMERS All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default of the removal schedule will incur a $10.00 a day holding charge up to 10 days after the last pickup date has expired. After this 10 day period, items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be donated. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
