Auction Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made using a Credit or Debit Card.
Payment must be processed by the payment deadline noted in our Terms & Conditions.
The following additional charges will be added to all winning bids and will appear on your invoice:
- 25% Buyer’s Premium
- 3% Credit Card fee
- Local Sales Tax
- $15 Convenience Fee
- Please note: Shipping will be required on all purchases. Please update your credit card, address and email so we may easily check you out.
- Shipping Charges will be on a seperate charge.
Customers who have not paid within 24 hours after the auction has ended will not have any claim to the property, and the property may be resold or donated. Please note, all winning bidders will be required to provide a street address, phone number and email address for the shipper. Shipping will be completed within 7 business days after the close of the sale
