Terms and Conditions
- We only accept credit and debit cards.
- All credit/debit cards are charged automatically upon purchase.
- All items are sold as is unless damage is detected upon pickup where then a refund is provided.
- Pick up location: 4767 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405
- Please bring your paid in full invoice at the time of pickup.
- All descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. By purchasing the item online, you are agreeing to the condition of the item.
- You must bring your own help to load your purchases/furniture. There will be no one onsite to assist you.
- Without prior notification, failure to remove items on the designated pick up day will result in forfeiture of your items and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
- Please only purchase items if you can comply with the above terms and conditions.
- Pick up is available only on the dates and times posted.
Pickup dates/times are firm: Saturday February 17th from 10am-2pm & Saturday February 24th from 10am- 2pm.

PLEASE BRING HELP FOR HEAVY ITEMS. WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU. Please bring containers, boxes, or bags to hold your items. We are not responsible for damage during pickup and moving. We reserve the right to refuse a pickup if there is not proper help to remove the item safely and without risk to any person or property. We understand that everyone wants to get there first thing in the morning, and that some people may only have one item, but if there is a line, you must wait in line until Blue Moon Estate Sales can assist you.
We understand that sometimes things happen, so we ask for communication on your part as soon as possible to let us know if you need to change pick up. If we do not hear from you, ownership of all online purchases will be forfeited. After 2 days, we will take the items to donation. You may call us if you have any problems picking it up at 843-801-6777. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, We cannot guarantee that alternative pick up times are available, so please don't purchase if you aren't sure you can pick up at posted time/place.
Estatesales.org manages the sales for us and will use reasonable efforts to process and acknowledge online sales. Blue Moon Estate Sales Charleston does not accept liability for equipment failure, inability to access the internet or software malfunctions related to the execution of online sale.
By purchasing any item in the sale, the buyer permits Blue Moon Estate Sales Charleston to add them to their email mailing list. A buyer may freely opt out of mailings at any time by following the instructions in any mailing.
ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY: Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions and you will be required to have a VALID form of payment online with Estatesales.org. You can make your payment with SQUARE. SQUARE has an integrated payment button on your invoice.
ONLINE SALE ITEM PICK-UP: Saturday February 17th 10am - 2pm and Saturday February 24th 10am - 2pm
DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP (adhere to deadline or forfeit items): Saturday February 24th at 2pm
Without exception all items purchased will require pick-up on the days scheduled. The Buyer agrees through purchase to adhere to pick-up deadline requirement or FORFEIT THE ITEM/S to Blue Moon Estate Sales Charleston without possibility of replacement or refund. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
