Read below so you are ready to buy your items starting March 5th at 7:00pm.
This is an online estate sale. No bidding, no waiting, no list and hopefully no disappointments that you missed out. If you like the item and price, just click the "Buy It Now" button. Please note that the server at estatesales.org locks in the first person to buy an item. You are not guaranteed to get the item if more than one person tries to buy an item at the same time.
We will wait until the end of the sale to charge your card for your purchases. This will provide you with one invoiced receipt.
Prices are firm for the first 7 days of the sale. March 5th to March 12th. The last day Thursday March 13th of the sale we will reduce items 25-50% off starting at 7:00pm. The online sale will then close at 8:00pm
All Sales are Final. Please review ALL the photos and descriptions. click on the main photo and the others are below.
- Register and or if you are already registered from previous auctions, please make sure your information is up to date. Address for shipping, credit card, phone number, email, tax ID number if exempt. -all must be up to date to process your purchase.
- Terms: Debit and Credit Card Only for online sales. - VH will not charge a credit card fee.
- If the credit card is declined, I will email you and you will have 24 hours to add another card. If no response or payment, then the order will be cancelled. and will be relisted. Sorry no exceptions. -Thank you for understanding.
- Seller's premium 4% added to all items sold online. This fee covers part of the expense of using the online platform
- Sales tax of 5.5% will apply to purchases as we are a business registered with the state of Wisconsin. When you register you can claim tax exempt and enter your tax ID number. Please bring your tax ID at pick up. I dont have access to your bidding information. estatesales.org has on file only.
- Shipping is on select items only.
- Please notify Vintage Harvest if you wish to have your items shipped after the sale.
- Buyer pays for the pack and ship. Packing is done in house. You are only charged for the packing supplies and shipping costs by USPS or UPS only.
- We can recommend movers to deliver furniture or large items. Deliveries are at the buyer's expense and can be arranged with in 5 days after the sale.
- Pick up of items purchased Friday March 14th 10:00am - 3:00pm Saturday March 15th 10:00am- 3:00pm the address will be will on vintageharvest.com and sent with receipt. Please print out your receipt and present at the pickup of items. As a convenience we have select larger items moved to garage or first floor of the home for easy load. All the other furniture is on the first floor and there is a patio door in the back for exit.
- There will be a small "tag sale" to include bed and bath linens, kitchenware's, rugs, holiday decor, garden items, metal shelving, books and CDS, office and housewares. the tag sale will be open to the buyers on this sale on Friday. Saturday we will open to the public. For the in-person sale cash and checks (checks under $200.00 only) and credit card are accepted.
- We are requesting by appointment for the pickups. Please Text Deborah at 608-220-4957 after the auction to schedule a time to pick up your items. We will offer the times in order in which you text.

- All sales are final. Vintage Harvest and the client are not responsible for errors, omissions or timing issues that occur with the internet online sale platforms
