DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP (adhere to deadline or forfeit items):
Without exception all items won will require pick-up within 21 calendar days of your winning bid date. You may combine pick-ups from multiple auctions, but pick-up time CANNOT EXCEED 21 CALENDAR DAYS from your oldest winning bid. Buyer agrees through purchase to adhere to pick-up deadline requirement or FORFEIT THE ITEM/S to Yellow Dog Estate Sales, LLC without possibility of replacement or refund. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Note: If making an appointment on the scheduled pick-up days is an issue, please text us and we might be able to accomodate other times and days.
ALTERNATE PICKUP LOCATION: Occasionally we may require pick-up in another location than the above address. If there is a different pickup location requirement it will be noted in the auction item description or title.
LARGE OR AWKWARD ITEM PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS: If you will be picking up something heavy or awkward you may be asked to follow us to or meet us at a nearby house instead of our warehouse in Brea, CA. If you purchased something that fits this description, please text to be sure of appointment location. Also, you are responsible for bringing adequate number of people and equipment to handle the removal and transportation. Please be aware that there most likely will be at least a few steps involved, and/or small doorways. We reserve the right to refuse your pick-up if we feel it endangers the homeowner's property. Please make note of deadline for pick-up below.
DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP AT HOUSE LOCATION: IF THE AUCTION ITEM IS AT A HOUSE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GRACE PERIOD TO PICKUP, YOU MUST PICKUP BY DEADLINE ON AUCTION DETAIL. We cannot make any exceptions or special accommodations to this pick-up period.
A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO ALL AUCTION ITEMS WON.
ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY: PAYMENT EXPECTED immediately after receiving invoice. Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions and you will be required to have a VALID form of payment online with Estatesales.org. You can make payment with any of the following after you win: STRIPE, SQUARE, or PAYPAL (with prior notification only). STRIPE and SQUARE have integrated payment buttons on your invoice, but if you want to use PAYPAL you must inform us prior to auction closing time or before invoices are launched.
SHIPPING: & HANDLING: MOST ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION WOULD BE TOO HEAVY, AWKWARD OR EASILY DAMAGED TO SHIP. Items we deemed shippable will be processed within 3-5 business days with shipping costs added to the invoice.
SALES TAX: We will collect sales tax of 7.75% unless you add your seller's permit info to your account through Estatesales.org. We CAN NOT adjust your invoice after the fact if you do not have that info entered.
RETURNS: Typically, we will not allow returns or exchanges, but if you can provide evidence that the item was not as advertised, we will be willing to exchange for store credit if the item is returned (at buyer's expense) in the condition it was in when it left our possession.
ADDITIONS OR SUBTRACTIONS OF ITEMS FROM AUCTION: Very infrequently we will remove or add item or items to an auction due to unforeseen circumstances.
CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE - FINALITY OF BIDS: bids are not retractable.
