We do our best to show photos of chipped, scratched, damaged or torn items, but we do not catch everything. If you would like the opportunity to inspect a particular item before bidding, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. By placing a bid, you agree to pay the full amount for the purchased item as is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed.
All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds are to be made.
The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog or on part by the bidder.
Buyer is responsible for pickup.
All items must be picked up during the listed date and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount. If you are unable to come during the posted times, please contact us PRIOR TO BIDDING to see if we can accommodate your schedule.
We will have personnel on site to assist in transporting large items from their location on the floor to outside the door of the facility. Personnel will not assist in loading items into vehicles.
We will not have boxes or packing materials for fragile items, please plan accordingly and bring what you may need to protect your items in transit.
This auction may include items with unlisted reserves.
We accept cash, cards, Venmo, and cashier's checks. As of August 1, 2022 all card and Venmo transactions will incur a 3-4% processing fee.
