1. All items are sold where is, as is. We do our best to take the best possible pictures and describe as accurately as possible. Once a bid is placed it is a contract between the buyer and seller and will be sold as is with no returns, refunds or credits.
2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, the ability to schedule a pick-up time will become available. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of the winning bid. Upon receiving your invoice you at that time can choose to pay in another form of payment. If paying cash your credit card will be charged and then credited back at pick up. Scheduling a pick-up time is required. Pick up will be within 3 days after auction ends.
3. If you would like to look into the possibility of it being shipped we would be more then happy to discuss with you prior to you placing a bid. Items purchased will be paid for up front and is a completely separate transaction then the shipping. Any item being shipped will be subject to a handling fee assessed per item as well as all packing supplies and shipping cost to be paid by buyer prior to shipping. We recommend considering all expenses prior to placing bid. All cost and arrangements lye solely on the buyer we are only here to try to assist you as best as possible and we are not responsible for any additional charges for shipping or moving.
4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". Do not bid if you cant pick up time and day set and may be subject to pay the cost to have the item removed and donated or resold.
5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup. If using a third party it will be your responsibility to ensure they arrive and take possessions of your items at the time we have agreed upon. They will also be required to show proof of consent by you via email or text with their name and pick up time.
6. We use "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.
7. We charge a 13% flat buyers premium on all items.. There will also be a 4 % charge if using a credit card. Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Cash App is preferred to avoid fee.
8. You must bring help to pickup any heavy items. We can recommend movers upon request. Also, please bring tools for items that require disassembly as well as any items needed to ensure its safe arrival to its destination.
9. Seller reserves the right to pull any item at any time prior to the ending of the auction without explanation.
