    Pick up is at a Lakeview location  - quiet neighborhood, on=street parking. 

    Note: This house has STAIRS. The entire living quarters is UPSTAIRS with a large concrete garage beneath (rebuilt after Katrina).  A lot of the furniture (not all) is UPSTAIRS.  We will not be moving furniture.  Moving, loading, and hauling is 100% the responsibility of the BUYER.  We will try to indicate the location of large items in the descriptions. Please do not purchase and then tell us you do have any help to load.  We will sympathize, but that will not be our problem.

    One Private Pick up Day for this sale -   Thursday, June 27, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  When you pick up on Thursday you will be able to shop the rest of the house before the public gets in. Otherwise, you will come on Saturday, June 29th from 9:00 a.m. - Noon while the public is shopping. Anything not picked up will be considered abandoned property and your credit card will be charged.

    ALL SALES FINAL.

    Cash, major credit cards, debit cards accepted upon pickup. We give you the address AFTER you make your appointment. 

    Your card will NOT be automatically charged at the end of the sale, and you don't have to use it to pay - however, those that refuse to pick up or communicate with us after they have won an item will have their purchases charged to their cards.  You always have the option to pay cash if you pick up your items.

    Cash payment preferred.  Credit/debit card purchases are welcome - however, we charge a 4% convenience charge for all credit card purchases. All payment is collected at pick-up unless you prefer to go ahead and charge your purchases to the card number you have on file - if you want to pay cash, wait and pay at pickup.

    All winners will be contacted when the auction is complete (Sunday night or Monday after the sale). Pickup Appointments are REQUIRED.    All invoices are sent out at the same time after the auction is completely over.  Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis.  

    You are responsible for reading all item descriptions and viewing all photos - we disclose any damage/issues and give measurements on pretty much everything. We try to mention every possible issue. The photos are considered part of the description, even if something in the photo is not mentioned. If you have a question, the time to ask it is BEFORE you buy..'cause if you hit that "buy it now" button, it's yours.  No exceptions.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
