The lots listed in this catalog are from an estate and are being offered by Treasure Me Estate Sales, LLC as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding on the auction, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale:
ONLINE SALE DATES: Bidding starts on Dec. 7th. Lots will begin to close every 30 seconds beginning with Lot 1 on Dec 13th starting at 6pm. Individual closings will be extended to 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of lot closing. You will be automatically emailed if you are outbid and are welcome to enter a max bid (site will bid automatically for you only when another bid surpasses yours until max is reached). It's best to bid high to begin with than to risk missing an outbid notification email. A notice will be sent to the winning bidder once all bidding ends. A final invoice will be sent to you within a few hours of auction closing. PLEASE NOTE: the system will bid for you as high as necessary. So if you bid $100 and it only take $15 to win it, it will only bid up to $15. This way you don't have to keep checking back.
PICK UPS DATES/TIMES ARE : from 10am-2pm. Please call 856-298-1999 or email treasuremeestatesales@gmail.com with any issues. Please bring containers, boxes, bags or wrap to hold and secure your items. We are not responsible for damage during pickup and moving. We understand that everyone wants to get there first thing in the morning, and that some people may only have one item, but if there is a line, you must wait in line until a Treasure Me Broker can assist you.
SHIPPING: AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE ON SELECT ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION. PLEASE DON'T BID ON ITEMS MARKED "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY" IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO YOU, although you may message us to see if we are willing to ship items that are not marked as shipping available and we will see if we are able to accommodate you.
PAYMENT INFO: Treasure Me accepts PayPal (or credit cards thru PayPal) You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Treasure Me Estate Sales, LLC AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include instructions for payment, pick up, and shipping. A link will be provided to make your payment via credit card. **All items must be paid for or arranged for cash pickup within 24 hours of sale ending. Bring your paid invoice with you to pick up. All purchases have a 18% buyers premium added to the final bid price. This fee is charged by auctioneers to help offset the costs of holding the sale. No sales tax is collected. Items not paid for 24 hours after auction pick-ups, will be charged to the credit card on file. Bidding is a binding contract, and failure to pay for winning lots whether 1 or 20 items will result in being blocked from future bidding. Thank you for your understanding as we try to insure our clients and buyers do not lose out due to non-paying bidders.
SHIPPING INFO: If you would like your item shipped, and shipping was offered on your item(s), please select "shipping requested" on your invoice and/or message us indicating you would like it shipped. Shipping fees will be calculated over the weekend and your invoice will be updated by Sunday.
We will now be shipping exclusively via USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes or padded envelopes and will always try to fit your item in the smallest and least costly package.
Due to increased costs, we are now charging $7.50 handling per order from each sale we conduct. The cheapest USPS box we use is the Small Flat Rate box at a cost of $11, meaning the lowest shipping rate possible is $18.50 for shipping and handling. If your items won't fit in the small box, we'll use the Medium Flat Rate at a cost of $19.30 plus handling. If your order requires something larger still, we'll use the Large Flat Rate box, which costs $26 plus handling. Any larger orders will need to be shipped in multiple packages.
In addition, any order with a value over $100 will be charged for additional insurance at the current USPS rates.
Any order requiring shipping that has not been paid in a timely fashion after shipping fees have been added will be charged to the payment method on file with estatesales.org to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.

We understand that sometimes things happen, so we ask for communication on your part as soon possible to let us know if you need to change pick up or cancel your bid. If we do not hear from you or you do not pay for your goods by the end of the pickup time, ownership of all online purchases will be forfeited, and you may lose your right to bid on items in our future sales. After 2 days, we will take the items to donation. You may call us if you have any problems picking up at 856-298-1999 BEFORE YOU BID, We cannot guarantee that alternative pick up times are available, so please don't bid if you aren't sure you can pick up at posted time/place.
Estatesales.org manages the auction for us and will use reasonable efforts to process and acknowledge online bids. Treasure Me Estate Sales, LLC does not accept liability for equipment failure, inability to access the internet or software malfunctions related to the execution of online sale.
By bidding on any item in the sale, the bidder permits Treasure Me Estate Sales, LLC to add them to their email mailing list. Bidder may freely opt out of mailings at any time by following the instructions in any mailing.
The auctioneer has the right at his or her absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to withdraw any property before and during the sale, as well as reserve the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots, or to subdivide into two or more selling lots.
