Please read all auction descriptions and view all photos - we disclose any damage/issues and give measurements on pretty much everything. If you have a question, the time to ask it is BEFORE you bid...'cause after you're the high bidder, it's yours.
We CANNOT move or load heavy furniture for you. There are some big pieces in this sale. If you buy that sort of thing, you must be prepared to move/load it yourself. We are not kidding.
Cash, major credit cards, debit cards accepted upon pickup.
Only bid what you can afford to pay. Unfortunately, due to some people who have refused to honor their bids (they are now blocked from our sales), we require all bidders to have a credit/debit card number on file in order to bid on our items. Your card will NOT be automatically charged at the end of the auction, and you don't have to use it to pay - however, those that refuse to pick up or communicate with us after they have won an auction WILL have their purchases charged to their cards. An auction bid is a legal contract, and we expect you to honor your obligation. We share the names and email addresses of ALL non-paying bidders with other local estate sale companies. We do not charge a buyer's premium. You still have the option to pay cash for your items.
NOTE: Cash payment preferred. Credit/debit card purchases are welcome - however, we charge a 5% convenience charge for all credit card purchases. All payment is collected at pick-up unless you prefer to go ahead and charge your purchases to the card number you have on file - if you want to pay cash, wait and pay at pickup.
THREE Pick up Days for this sale are as follows - Thursday, July 15 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 16 9:00 - 1:00 p.m., and Saturday, June 17 from 8:00 a.m. until Noon. We have to stagger the time slots as we do not want too many people on the property at one time. We believe in treating people like adults - Wear a mask or not - it's up to you.
All winning bidders will be contacted when the auction is complete (Sunday night or Monday after the sale) and given the address and time for pickup. Appointments are REQUIRED and you don't get the address until you make your appointment. Only high bidders gain entry to the home - this sale is not open to the general public. All invoices are sent out at the same time after the auction ends - appointments are set strictly on a first some, first served basis.
NOTE: If we have to bring something home with us because you fail your pick up appointment, we are going to charge you a $25.00 late pick up fee (payable in CASH). Our home is not a warehouse, so if you can't pick up during our stated times, Don't Bid.
