    • Just a friendly reminder that all items are sold in AS IS condition. We do not offer guarantees of any kind. We are not offering refunds or exchanges. Bidder is responsible for all due diligence.
    • The auctioneer does not guarantee any of these. If you have questions about the item, please ask before bidding.
    • A 5% Buyer Premium is added to the final winning bid amount. This is to cover some of our costs running the auction on this venue. We will collect Sebastopol sales tax of 9.25% unless you add your current seller's permit information to your account through Estatesales.org. We are unable to change your invoice after the fact if you do not have the appropriate information entered.
    • Due to unpaid items from previous auctions, we are requiring credit card information entered before being allowed to bid.
    • Once an item is purchased, it must be picked up on the allocated days following the auction. The days are April 5th, 6th and 7th between 9am-4pm. Items must be picked up at this time. Please bring your paid invoice with you so that it will ensure an efficient process in locating your items. ID will be required. Please bring boxes, packing supplies and help to load items etc.
    • Picking up item shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. All property must be removed within the time period mentioned in the terms and conditions. Property not removed within this time will revert to the Seller for resale or disposal without refund or recourse to the bidder. Property not removed will be considered abandoned and refunds will not be issued.
    • Shipping may be available on many items. Items will begin shipping out on Monday following our estate sale. Items will be shipped the most affordable option. We do pass on the shipping discount to buyers to help save you money. We charge exact shipping.
    • Bidders are legally bound to the terms and conditions once they have bid on an item. A bidder becomes legally bound to pay for items that they have won at auction.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
