    1. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping arrangements. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.

    2. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pickup of your purchases on the scheduled pickup date, unless you have made prior shipping arrangements.  After the close of the auction, you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your pickup time appointment.

    3. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available.

    4. Payment is automatic at the close of the auction.  Receipt emails are sent with instructions for scheduling your pickup time.  

    5. If you fail to schedule a pickup time by Saturday, June 26 by 5:00 PM, your items will forfeited & resold to the next highest bidder. 

    6. Shipping is available for SOME ITEMS at the Buyer's expense. We use USPS mail. $10 in handling charges will be added to your sales invoice in addition to shipping charges..

    7. Not all Lots can be shipped. If you require shipping, please send an email before bidding to Jenny@tendercaretampa.com to inquire and let us know you will need shipping.  We can prepare a shipping quote for you prior to bidding.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
