General Terms:
*All items sold as is where is, no warranty. All sales final, no returns, refunds or credit will be given. We try to note condition but bidder is responsible for examining condition and authenticity of items bidding on.
*There is a 10% buyers premium.
*Please DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY. We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file if you fail to pay. We have consignors and fees to pay and In order to do so, we ask that all payments be made within three days of invoice notification.
Every effort is made to mention condition issues as we see them. We try to point out flaws or damage, but we may miss something. All items sold as is, where is, with no refunds or returns, so it is your responsibility to know what you are bidding on.
*SALES TAX: Sales tax for WI residents are added unless buyer presents a tax exempt form at pick up or prior to bidding. No sales tax is added for out of state sales.
Payments:
*Cash, Credit and Debit cards accepted. No Paypal. Credit card payments through Square only. There is a 4% fee for credit/debit card purchases.
*Payment: Payment is due upon pickup. You may pay before pickup on Estatesales.org with your credit or debit card. No credit card payment is available upon pick-up so if you do need to pay by card please do so online prior to pickup.
*We have very limited space to work in, so If winning bidder pays but fails to pick up merchandise on stated pick up day, a $20 storage fee will be charged and if winning bidder fails to pick up merchandise by the 7th day after closing, bidder forfeits rights to the merchandise and it will become the property of Edwards Auction Services, LLC, and no refunds will be given.
*Please bring your own packing materials, we have very limited space and boxes available. Sorry, there will be no help for loading
Shipping:
*Shipping: Shipping for select items at actual USPS Priority Mail cost PLUS a $5.00 handling fee for each box shipped out (3 boxes = $15.00 handling fee) is added to your invoice. These fees are to help offset the high cost of shipping materials and boxes, and labor. We do our best to ship with lots of packing materials to get your items to you safely.
*If having items shipped please wait for total invoice with shipping and handling added before paying. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice showing shipping and handling charges. Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been received.
*If payment has not been received by you within 2 days of receiving receipt, Edwards Auction Service reserves the right to charge your credit card for payment. If you do not pay or if credit card is declined, you will be in default and will forfeit winning bid, the item, and will no longer be able to do business with Edwards Auction Service, LLC.
NOTE ON SHIPPING: ALL ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING WILL BE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING, AND TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU. I track your packages and know when they have been delivered. Please don't tell me package was not delivered when tracking says it was. If it has been stolen off your porch, that is not our responsibility.
*We use a 3rd party auction service. Bidder understands that Edwards Auction Service, LLC is not liable for malfunction of the service and bidder has no claim against Edwards Auction Service, LLC in case of any software malfunction. NOTE: this software automatically extends the time on the auctions if a bid comes just before closing and will continue to extend auction time until all bidding ceases.
*Edwards Auction Service, LLC has the right to withdraw items from auction prior to auction start. This would happen in cases where item becomes damaged, theft, or seller withdraws it.
*Edwards Auction Service, LLC is to be held harmless in cases of personal injury.
