SHIPPING
- Listings provide ESTIMATE SHIPPING WEIGHT!
- REQUEST AN EXACT SHIPPING QUOTE Prior To Bidding or Purchasing!
- Please ensure address on file is kept updated and current, as item(s) will be shipped to the address on file unless otherwise noted. Additionally, when and where applicable, Uncle Aud's Vintage's policy is to ship item(s) to the registered address on file.
- Buyer pays all shipping costs.
- Please note that combined shipping may or may not be available for select item(s).
- Items ship within 7 days of auction end.
- For large, oversize and/or heavy items - such as furniture, chests, etc. - buyer will receive item details in order to make shipping arrangements. Buyer will be responsible for coordinating item pick-up for shipping.
- The cost of shipping is not grounds for canceling a sale.
IN-PERSON PICK-UP
- After payment for auction item(s) has been received by Uncle Aud's Vintage and payment has cleared, we will provide instructions on scheduling pick-up of auction item(s).
- Auction item(s) are to be scheduled for pick up from Uncle Aud's Vintage within 7 days of auction end; Otherwise buyer forfeits both payment for the item(s) as well as the item(s). After 7 days from auction end Uncle Aud's vintage reserves the right to donate, resell, or otherwise dispose of any item(s).
PAYMENT
- ALL BIDS ARE CONSIDERED A BINDING COMMITMENT FROM THE BUYER THAT THEY WILL COMPLETE THE PURCHASE.
- We collect Indiana's 7% Sales Tax and/or 7% Use Tax on all merchandise sold and/or shipped within Indiana; For a purchase to be classified as exempt, proof of tax-emempt status must be submitted then verified, and confirmed prior to the Buy-It-Now or Auction Listing end. Details on how to pre-register and submit proof of tax-exempt status can be found HERE.
- PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION END / BUY-IT-NOW LISTINGS AND/OR RECEPT OF INVOICE.
- We reserve the right to waive or charge a 3% credit card processing fee for any credit card, debit card purchase, on a case-by-case i.e. auction-by-auction basis..
- We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for unpaid invoices, up to and including the cost of the item plus shipping costs; in such instances, and where applicable, item(s) will be shipped to the address on file.
