Pickup will be Sunday the 14th from 11:30 to 4:00. If you can't make it at that time please let me know and we will arrange an alternative time. Items are sold AS IS with flaws/damage. Please be aware of that BEFORE bidding.
We try to test electronics/appliances to be sure they work, but we don't always have the time to do so. Buyers can be assured that they work, if we said they work, by testing them at pick up. If they say untested, we were unable to test and you're taking a chance. If the item is discovered to be defective and we said it worked, buyer is not obligated to complete purchase of said item. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES. Once item(s) leave the premises; Phoenix Property Preservation is not responsible for condition.

Furniture & Large items, please BRING HELPERS & TOOLS to load! We may be unable to assist. When you are purchasing furniture or large lots you are responsible to remove ALL items. Any items (ie: mattresses & box springs, things that are heavy) left behind after the designated pickup window immediately become the property of Phoenix Property Preservation, and may incur a disposal fee. You are agreeing when bidding on a lot to remove all of the contents of that lot.
We only process credit cards once pick up is complete. You may pay with CASH at pick up! All buyers who do not pick up their items will have credit cards charged at the end of pickup time. Phoenix Property Preservation LLC is not responsible for items not picked by the agreed-upon pickup time. If you are unable to meet for the specified pick-up time; please contact us before the pickup window ends. A rescheduled pick-up time can be arranged; a $10 fee may be imposed. Buyers acknowledges that they agree with these terms and conditions when bidding. You bid, you win, you pay! Credit cards are charged 3% processing fees. No fee for CASH at pickup, this is a cash discount

We work hard to get our customers the items they desire; but be advised that it is YOUR responsibility to make sure all of your purchases are complete. We hold no responsibility for partially completed orders. We hold NO responsibility for lots or partial lots left after the pickup window.

Note: if your credit card is declined at the auction's end, you will receive an email or phone call from us to cure your breach of contract.
