Item Condition:
We will make every attempt to point out obvious flaws or defects with any and all items. Please examine every picture carefully, as we are human and can make mistakes and miss things. You are purchasing the item as is. We make no claims that items are new in the box or unused unless otherwise specified in the individual auction.
Buyers Premium:
Each item has a 20% buyer's premium. This helps to offset the shipping supplies needed, the percent of sales revenue that this auction charges us, and our time to put on this great auction.
Shipping:
Shipping charges will be based on the item(s) weight, shipping box dimensions, and distance from us to you. We make zero revenue from shipping. We charge you the exact amount the shipping company charges us. If the item arrives damaged, done by the shipper, please contact us, and we will file a claim with the shipper. Most items are insured. Please contact us before paying your final invoice if you need additional insurance or postage speed. We will quote the added insurance or shipping time and update your invoice. We will combine multiple items won into one shipping box as long as there is no risk of damage. If we deem damage could happen, you will be shipped multiple boxes and charged accordingly.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. All items won must be paid for within 24 hours of the auction's end or within 24 hours of us sending you an updated invoice, including shipping. Failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in us charging the payment method on file.
