TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE.
BIDDERS, BY PLACING AN OFFER, AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Annie’s Attic Estate Sales (herein, referred to as AAES) reserves the right to cancel, reject, suspend any bid, or the bidding process at any time. Bidders will be notified of any cancellation(s) or suspensions and advised of re-bid dates/times, if any. No International offers will be considered. Statements regarding the condition of furniture are only for general guidance. AAES makes no representations. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All dimensions are approximate. Any and all Offers shall come with the condition that AAES, does not warrant the condition of any of the items herein. All descriptions have been provided for guidance purposes only, and shall not be relied upon by Bidders for accuracy and/or completeness. All items are sold without warranty, expressed or implied.
AAES has provided photographs of all items, however some items prove difficult to capture every minor defect. Bidders who bid, and do not attend the preview, understand and acknowledge, that they may not be able to evaluate an item from photos as well as if they examined it in person. If you are unsure of any item(s), please do not bid. Be sure to ask any questions prior to bidding. AAES will attempt to answer your questions in a timely fashion. Bidders responsible for determining the age, value, condition and all other factors that are pertinent to their Bid(s).
Local Pick-up only. Pick-Up is available at specified date and time only. YOU MUST SCHEDULE a Date and Time for Pick-Up as will be outlined within a Successful Bidder email. All Lot's/Items listed are being purchased in ‘AS-IS’ condition and No Warranties expressed or implied shall apply.
PAYMENT
Upon acceptance of Offer, the Successful Bidder will be notified via a Successful Bidder email – PAYMENT DUE immediately following Close of Bidding. Successful Bidder email will contain an invoice and the next steps to schedule Pick-Up Date and Time Slots.
Acceptable forms of payment shall be major credit cards. Please be sure to pre-register prior to bidding.
If funds are not received by the deadlines you receive in the email, your Bid will be pulled and the next qualified Bidder, if any, will be contacted. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances shall they initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.
All Non-Paying OR non-pick-Up Bidders, after close of auction shall be blocked for any future AAES auctions and on-site sales.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
SHIPPING
NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Items MUST BE paid for prior to, and removed from, the property at the scheduled Pick-Up date and time - NO EXCEPTIONS. Upon bid award, Annie's Attic Estate Sales (AAES) will provide all pertinent shipping information within the Successful Bidder email.
Time is of the essence, successful bidders and/or their Handling or Shipping contractors, shall work closely with AAES, in Scheduling a Pick-Up Date and Time Slot. If you have questions about this process, you may call the number provided within the Successful Bidder email.
Please Plan your Pick-Up BEFORE YOU BID!
Please be sure that you, and/or your contractors, are made aware of all of the above and provide AAES with accurate time frames to complete your Pick-up(s).
Failure to meet the above obligations, under the above conditions, or to meet the time frames or deadlines, may lead the Successful Bid being pulled.
Items MUST BE paid for prior to pick-up AND REMOVED AT DESIGNATED pick-up dates and times.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
All negotiations, and any mediation conducted pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Sale, are to be held at a mutually agreed upon location within Nevada County, California. If, for any reason, any part of the Conditions of Sale is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portion shall be valid and enforceable.
