Terms and Conditions for In-Person Estate Sale:
1. All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Cash, credit cards, and debit cards are accepted. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
3. Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated by the estate sale organizers.
4. Purchased items must be removed from the premises on the day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made with the estate sale organizers.
5. The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the sale. Attendees enter the premises at their own risk.
6. Large bags, backpacks, and strollers are not permitted inside the sale area.
7. Please be respectful of the property and other attendees at the estate sale. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
8. The estate sale organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at their discretion.
9. By participating in the estate sale, attendees agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the estate sale organizers.
10. . All buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. Please check photos carefully. No refunds will be provided for items with undisclosed defects.
11. The estate sale company is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the sale premises.
