Payment is by Credit Card only. Your card you register with will be charged at the conclusion of the Estate Sale.
There will be a 10% buyer's premium and 9.5% Sales Tax added to the total of your purchase.
We charge sales tax as required by law. Please NOTE: If you are exempt from sales tax because you are a reseller and have a re-sale certificate, you need to message me a copy of the certificate before this sale ends.
Shipping is available on many of the items. If you require shipping, 1st your registered credit card will be charged at the end of the auction and then 2nd you will be contacted when your items are packed and ready for shipping to collect the shipping costs. We pack items ourselves and will try to save you as much on shipping costs as possible.
All sales are "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or written.
All sales are FINAL.
Bring help to load heavy items. We are unable to help move and lift heavy items.
Please bring your own muscle and tools as none will be provided.
We do have some bags and may have a few boxes however if you plan to buy large quantities of glassware or other breakables, please bring your own packing materials and boxes.
Your items will be available for PICK-UP the next day in the afternoon after the conclusion of the Estate Sale auction. You will have 2 days to pick-up your items. The address on Florence Blvd in Florence, Alabama will be given on your invoice and in a message. Please NOTE: Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned and re-sold.
When you are picking up your items, you agree to indemnify Countryside Auction Company LLC and the owner of the property from any injury, illness or sickness while you are there.
