Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping arrangements. Please do not bid if you do not plan on following through with these terms.
If you win, you must 1. Pay your invoice before the deadline, 2. Sign up for a pick up appointment if made available, 3. pick up your item(s) or make other arrangements.
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold.
Bring necessary tools and help for pick-up. Loading help is NOT available.
Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made by date/time listed on your invoice. If we do not hear from you by the payment deadline, your items risk being forfeited and your bidding privileges may be revoked. Full address for pick-up will be on winning bidders invoices.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available at the buyer's expense including a handling fee of $15 per lot and $5 for each additional lot. Please see Shipping Terms for additional details. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED - NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment.
We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Electronics have been plugged in and turned on, but not always tested. Dimensions given may be approximate.
Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.
