We accept cash and all major credit cards. All sales are final, AS-IS. We are NOT a tag sale, a garage sale or a yard sale. We are a business, a professional Estate Sale Company. We are required to collect sales tax, New York and Connecticut. It's the law! If you are exempt, you MUST have your resale form complete, filled out and presented prior to ringing out at the register. Otherwise, you will be charged sales tax. There are NO exceptions!

All items are to be removed the day of purchase, and please bring help for large and heavy items. No help loading items. Items listed are subject to change.

Buyer’s Contract:
Bids placed on the EstateSales.org website are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to House Recycled, LLC, (HR). Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction, sale or event.
Item Description:
We have made every effort to describe the items as accurately as possible indicating any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. All items are sold AS IS with No Refunds and No Returns. We do not list every flaw and House Recycled does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, and electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. Please ask questions before bidding, and be aware of the location of the item(s). All sales are final -- No refunds and No Returns. Some items may have reserves, are available at Buy-It now prices or are listed for sale on other sites, therefore can be removed prior to end of auction.
Payment:
Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you prior to paying. Payment will be made in person at the time of pick up, with either a major credit card or cash. Buyer will be required to bring Invoice and ID at scheduled pickup time.
Buyer’s Premium:
A 10% Buyer’s Premium and a 6.35% Sales Tax will be added to each purchase. For anyone with a Resale Certificate (tax exemption) you will be required to complete the Sales Tax Exemption form at the time of pickup.
Retention of Credit Card Information:
By providing your credit card information to House Recycled, LLC, (HR) you authorize HR to charge your credit/debit card for the purchase amount of any successful bid(s) or purchase(s) plus any applicable taxes, shipping/delivery/transportation cost and handling/storage fees. You certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the purchase payments with your credit card company provided the transaction corresponds to the authorized invoice and terms indicated here. We do not store credit card information and all transactions are processed through a secure site.
Pick-Up:
Successful buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the sale details page. For larger heavier items, after payment has been made, buyers will have an extra 5 days to arrange for pick-up. HR does not provide shipping nor packing services. The winning bidder at winning bidder’s expenses must arrange shipping services.
Please bring your own packing materials to protect your items and your own manpower to remove items from premises and load. Due to Insurance Liability we are unable to assist with removing and loading of your items. Be sure you have enough manpower, cargo space and tools to haul all your treasures.
If after winning an item you determine you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled removal times and dates, you must contact House Recycled within 24 hours prior of the pick-up date and we will determine if alternate arrangements can be made. These arrangements will be at the sole discretion of House Recycled and will be subject to transport, labor and/or storage fees.
Forfeiture of Items:
Any item(s) not paid for in accordance with the Site’s Terms & Conditions will be forfeited by you. HR at its sole discretion will re-offer the items and your name will be removed from our database. If you pay, but fail to pick-up your item(s)during the designated pickup dates, or by an agreed arranged date and time, the item(s) will be sold immediately, NO EXCEPTIONS, you forfeit your right to the item(s)and NO REFUND will be issued.
