    2. Any item containing an autograph is guaranteed authentic and may be returned within 90 days of sale date if the item is found be no genuine. 
    3. All auctions are are considered "With Reserve" unless otherwise stated.
    4. Liquidation Partners may remove an item from auction, prior to closing, without notice. 
    5. An item with a stated reserve may still be sold, and your bid is binding, even if the reserve is not met. Such sale is at the sole discretion of Liquidation Partners. 
    6. We reserve the right to cancel any bid if the bidder's identiity cannot be verified. We may call any bidder to verify their identity.

    1. Your bid is a binding contract, please do not bid unless you intend to complete the purchase. 
    2. A 20% Buyer's Premium is added to all sales, unless otherwise stated in the sale description.
    3. We collect CA Sales. To be tax exempt you must fill out a card and return to us before your invoice is issued, no exceptions. California does not accept out-of-state tax exempt certificates.

    1. Inspection is avaiable by appointment only.

    PAYMENT

    1. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the auction.
    2. Any sale over $2,500 will require bank wire within 3 days of the close of the auction.
    3. If "Local Pickup" is choosen you may pay cash at pick up. If you fail to pick tyhe credit card on file will be charged.

    SHIPPING

    1. We charge shipping costs plus $3.00 for packaging (Large items are charged actual packaging costs)
    2. We ship via the most cost effective carrier unless you request otherwise.
    3. No PO Boxes for shipping
    4. Any item that is set for pick-up and the buyer does not pick up will be shipped and the buyer charged shipping plus $25/per square foot per day storage. 
    5. Most items are shipped within 72 hours of closing, but some items may take up to 7 days to ship based the physical location of the item.

Please note that Craigslist has stopped allowing external images as well as most html tags in their "for sale" listings. Your template will still have a full link to your sale and your sale photo gallery.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
