GENERAL TERMS
- All sales are final unless an item is not as described.
- Any item containing an autograph is guaranteed authentic and may be returned within 90 days of sale date if the item is found be no genuine.
- All auctions are are considered "With Reserve" unless otherwise stated.
- Liquidation Partners may remove an item from auction, prior to closing, without notice.
- An item with a stated reserve may still be sold, and your bid is binding, even if the reserve is not met. Such sale is at the sole discretion of Liquidation Partners.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bid if the bidder's identiity cannot be verified. We may call any bidder to verify their identity.
BIDDING
- Your bid is a binding contract, please do not bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
- A 20% Buyer's Premium is added to all sales, unless otherwise stated in the sale description.
- We collect CA Sales. To be tax exempt you must fill out a card and return to us before your invoice is issued, no exceptions. California does not accept out-of-state tax exempt certificates.
INSPECTION
- Inspection is avaiable by appointment only.
PAYMENT
- Your credit card will be charged at the end of the auction.
- Any sale over $2,500 will require bank wire within 3 days of the close of the auction.
- If "Local Pickup" is choosen you may pay cash at pick up. If you fail to pick tyhe credit card on file will be charged.
SHIPPING
- We charge shipping costs plus $3.00 for packaging (Large items are charged actual packaging costs)
- We ship via the most cost effective carrier unless you request otherwise.
- No PO Boxes for shipping
- Any item that is set for pick-up and the buyer does not pick up will be shipped and the buyer charged shipping plus $25/per square foot per day storage.
- Most items are shipped within 72 hours of closing, but some items may take up to 7 days to ship based the physical location of the item.
