If you decide not to show up on the scheduled date and time to collect your winning item(s), you will be charged a $20 re-stocking fee, and your winning item(s) will be forfeited to Estate of Mind, LLC. We have had too many people not showing up to collect their winning items and we get stuck removing those items from the sale home. They will either be donated, resold or thrown away.

    If you dispute your invoice charges with your credit card company for the items that you failed to pick up, we will ban you from bidding on our future online auction sales AND we may even seek legal action with you in a small claims court for any money that we are out and can't pay to our client(s) and for any court fees.   4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
