This suit looks like a Judy Garland cocktail suit . Believe mom got it in the 1970 s - not sure . Fabric is a stretchy poly / rayon blend
Pants - elastic waist that stretch to 18 1/2" wide , so 37" waist. Waist band down to hem = 37" ( with a 2 1/2" hem ).
Legs measure 24 1/2" from crotch down to hem .
Jacket - shoulder down to hem 25 1/2" long.17" wide from armpit to arm pit , so 34" bust or larger as it is an pen jacket.5" from collar edge to shoulder seam. 22 1/2 " from shoulder seam to cuff hem.
Includes a 36" long sash , that's about 2" wide - use for belt-headband-necktie - whatever you choose.
