- Pickup window is 02/29/24-03/02/24, Items will not be held longer than date shown if you do not reach out via message to schedule a later pickup date. Purchases will not be refunded for items considered abandoned. Store hours on these days are 11am-5pm.
- It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors for all items. Our team may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and the auction makes no representations.
- We do not guarantee any appraisals, gradings or certifications. If you have any questions about the merchandise, contact us via email, and ASK BEFORE BIDDING. Bidders shall be the sole judges of value. It is Bidder’s responsibility to determine if any item is legal where they live.
- We do require a valid form of payment in order to bid on our auctions.
- Payment used to register for this auction will be charged upon the end of the auction for all purchases. By participating in this auction, buyers expressly agree that they will not “charge back†or “deny†a credit card purchase.
- We sincerely do our best to respond in a timely manner to each inquiry, but we do ask for patience and consideration regarding our attempts to field questions. Questions that are sent during non-business hours (between 4pm and 10am) will not be reviewed until business opens. We do not respond to emails Saturday or Sunday. Please do not expect a response if you email us until the following Monday during business hours at earliest.
- We do not have the ability to accept or respond adequately to unexpected phone call inquiries - please direct all questions, concerns and general inquiries regarding this auction via email to ensure the most prompt response.
- If you experience any technical issues with the auction, please contact EstateSales.org as we are not qualified or able to provide any information relating to any problems that you may encounter during the auction. - After winning an auction, estate sales will send an email where you can view the invoice. If you require the item to be shipped, please follow the link and click the "shipping requested" option. We will add the additional shipping costs prior to charging the card. This must be done before 8am on Thursday morning. If the card gets charged without the shipping costs, we will require you to call in and pay via phone.
