General Info:
Items in this auction are being sold in "As Is" condition. We ask that you take advantage of the preview days to thoroughly examine items you are interested in bidding on. These items do not belong to us so we do not have specifics on most things. There will be no guarantee on any items sold in this auction. Items are being sold in their current state as they sit. If you wish to test, measure, photograph, or examine any of the items in the catalog, the preview days are set up for exactly that. We can assist you during preview days but we ask that you limit messaging us with questions related to items for sale. There will absolutely be no returns.
Hangar Location / Entering the Airport:
This facility is located on an active runway in the Reno-Stead airport. The address for the facility will take you to a location outside of the airport. On the preview days, you will need to enter the gate at the end of Mount Anderson St. at the intersection of Mount Anderson and Alpha Ave. There will be signage up to direct you to the hangar once through the gate.
This is an active airport. You must obey all rules and laws of the FAA and the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority. We will not be held accountable for your actions on the premises. The hangar is private building on Airport Authority property. Do not feel free to drive outside of the direct line you will take to the hangar location. Park accordingly at the hangar.
Buyers Premium / Sales Tax:
You must register to bid on any of the items in the catalog through Estatesales.org. You will need a credit / debit card on file to place any bid. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium applied to the total of each lot as well as local sales tax.
Payment:
After the entire auction has been completed, you will be sent an invoice for any items you were the highest bidder on. Once you receive your invoice, please complete your payment through Estatesales.org. Payment must be received with 48 hours of auction completion. If you can, please bring a printed copy of your invoice to expedite pickup.
Pick Up of items:
We expect pick up of items to be a little challenging. The hangar is extremely large and spread out so gathering items for customers will take some time. We ask for your patience if there are people ahead of you. Please bring a copy of your paid invoice as it will help us expedite your time during pick up. Our staff will help you gather your lots but we ask that you be willing to get your own items loaded outside of the hangar. We have lots to clear. Please bring a cart or dolly if you think it will help you. We will help arrange special assistance for those in need. If you are picking up large items such as heavy machinery or equipment, please contact us ahead of time. We understand picking up these items may take more planning.

Friday June 30th - 9:00am to 4:00pm Saturday July 1st - 9:00am to 4:00pm Sunday July 2nd - 9:00am to 12:00pm Monday July 3rd - 9:00am to 12:00pm Tuesday July 4th - 9:00am to 12:00pm
