This auction lot is for the book Cattle Country Cook Book, Basic Recipes from East of the Cascades by Nancy Strope - Autographed by the author who was a journalist that produced a well-respect Oregon newspaper column entitled Vittles and Vitals.. This cook book is hard bound and in good condition. The dust jacket is crisp with no chipping or tears but does have some light staining on the back and edge. The book contains lots of interesting recipes in its 308 pages with photographs and everyday taste treats. The offering also includes a printed insert of copies of the authors newspaper work - also autographed.
