This Art Deco styled vintage tube radio was made by the Addison Industries Ltd. of Canada in approximately 1939. This is Addison's Model 5D, otherwise known as the 'Courthouse" model to collectors, and is done in a deep red and butterscotch marbled Catalin This heavily marbled case is accented with butterscotch Catalin grill posts and knobs and a black dial with cream Art Deco styled numbers. The case is in very good period condition showing no cracks, chips or hairlines and the knobs work and the tuner knob works. That said, this radio is being sold untested and 'As Found' with respect to the works of the radio itself, Unit is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician prior to use.
