unable to determine the signature but signed on the lower right HOLT?66 it is a watercolor of blues and grey /greens, on hand made paper in original mat and frame, the frame is wood and of a grey blue stain. unframed the work is 14" by 12" framed it is 23" by 19" the frame has depth of about 2-3" off the painting condition. It should be reframed with museum board on the back. There is a paper attached on the back in pencil with the title Moonlight and the original price / the paper covering on the back is brittle and worn.
