grouping of four smaller size wooden boxes. Made in Russia in the early 1900's. the craft is a type of pyrography made lines to carve. Hand painted with brilliant colors but of more earthtone. The sides and top of these boxes is intricately carved. of geometric patterns. folk art . the boxes are all hinged four boxes measuring. 5 1/4" by 4" by 2" 4" by 2" by 1 1/2" 4" by 4" by 2" good condition for the age. There are minor scratches on the boxes and wear along some of the edges.
