Very rare and beautiful 1890s Limoges France set of twelve plates (approximately 8 inches wide) and a serving tray (approximately 15.5 inches long), all plates are stamped with the Coiffe et Cie Limoges France star stamp and the date Dec. 25. 1982, and the large tray has hand written inscription on the bottom that says "Richmond Ind." and a date of December 25th, 1892. This set is a rare early example of Limoges porcelain. Condition of plates is good with some variation, as shown in photos; no visible cracks or chips, but some plates have lost some of the gold finish (while others look like they were hardly used).
