2012 RV Camper - Palomino Ultra Lite T-268

Clear title 2012 Palomino Ultra Lite RV Camper model T-268. RV sleeps four people, it has a single slide out where the kitchen sink and pull-out sofa are placed. Camper has multiple storage cabinets throughout the cabin. Bathroom is spacious, with a neo-angle shower, sink, toilet and lots of storage. Contents of bathroom cabinets included. The queen bed has space and wardrobes on both sides, mattress lifts up for extra storage underneath as well. Kitchen is complete with stove, sink, dinette table, and again, multiple cabinets. Contents of the kitchen cabinets shown in photos are not included in this sale. We've included a receipt of the most recent maintenance repairs; owner states RV was used just once after the repairs were completed. Areas of attention needed: the awning is tearing, we did not test it, the tires are in need of air- although their tread looks like it's in good shape, see images. Also, according to the owner, the hot water needs to be repaired, but we are unable to test. Model also has an outdoor grill/kitchen area cabinet, see photos. Slide out needs electricity and we were unable to move slide. We were not able to test any equipment that needs water or electricity to run as it is parked away from electrical outlets. RV had a quick outside wash after original photos were taken, see brighter updated photos.
