This piece is all there but really should be reframed.. Watercolor of magnolias, measures 27.5" across and 25" tall. Signed by New Orleans artist Nell Pomeroy O'Brian, born in 1898 and died in 1966. This work was in a private collection and is probably from the 1940's. Ms. O'Brian was a well known portrait painter and served as VP and Director of the Art Association of New Orleans. She served on the Spring Fiesta Advisory Board. This painting is well executed. Her works have been sold by Neal Auction in the $300 - $700 range.
