Unfortunately there are dark stains on the off white colored dress. We did not try to clean the stains and have no idea if they will come clean or not. Hoping someone can rescue this very pretty dress. It has short ruffled sleeves. Matching lace belt with flowers on the ends that are as is and need some work. Looks like they may have been attached at some point and can be removed and replaced if desired. Had a drop waist with ruffly flared out lower skirt. Very pretty sheer lace but with the stains. I don't see any holes or tears.Shoulder to shoulder about 18" across, waist about 14" across, shoulder to hem about 45".
