This is one of the best antique coffee grinders I have ever seen. The wood has a wonderful color. much better than the photos. it has a warm pine with red tone to it, the cast iron top has a pressed design along the edge and bowl. The crank works and is sturdy with a large knob to turn. there are screws with fancy bolts to remove for cleaning the bowl drawer is good with matching hand turned wooden knob. You will not be disappointed on this piece. the box measures: height of 5" the base measures: 5 3/8" by 5 7/8" and the top of the box measures: 7 3/8" by 5 7/8" the center with the drawer 6" by 6" square.
