Two pieces of Asian art. The framed piece appears to be a silk painting of a woman. It is under glass in a gilded wood frame that measures 9” x 20.5”H. Please note the silk matting has a noticeable stain, see image. The other piece of art appears to be a watercolor and possibly mixed media, that is on paper that has been mounted onto board with a silk like border; there is a small dirt mark on this piece, see image and it is not under glass.
