Measures: 10" by 6" by 1" fair to good condition The binding is good. Volume 3 Pages are good but stained throughout on certain areas. The pages are not flat in most places on volume 3 this is handmade paper. It is doable for the age. the pages are intact and well preserved. The binding is separated from the cover on volume 3 but not intact. There are many good articles of the day in this book from politics to poetry. Original pressed leaves and flowers are in the book if you wish to keep. Volume 2 This is a book of several Ladies Companion storied bound into a leather bound book. It is a very interesting read. The presence of mind chapter When all the gifts are open this year... this is the one they will pass around to view. It will throw you back into time. Pages 286 Condition. The binding is good. The pages are of handmade paper. There is brown stains on the pages most along the edges. for the age it is good. The cover is intact but worn around the edges. This form of book is rare to survive. 200 years. Previous owners from early on( 3) are written in fountain pen in the beginning pages. there are about 3 engravings of the Last Supper, Landscapes The rest are stories and advise to women on marriage, socialization and manners.
