This late 19th century oil on canvas is of Lake Morey featuring the hill sides of Vermont. Very serene l the painting is not warped or damaged. The clouds in the photo may give it that look or warp, but it is not. Some may have the painting " cleaned due to the age but this painting was very well cared for and kept in a very clean and climate-controlled environment. The frame is excellent. No chipping or missing gesso . The frame is 3" wide and heavy gold painted gesso of the choice style of the 19th century. This was most likely a choice piece in an eastern estate. Unframed approximate 31" by 22" and framed measures" 37" by 28" If you like the look of antique landscapes, this will not disappoint
