ELVIS PRESLEY CONCERT-WORN AND AUTOGRAPHED SCARF An Exceptional Piece of Music History with Provenance This extraordinary, concert-worn scarf was personally autographed and gifted by Elvis Presley to Bob Baugess, the lead officer of the Tulsa Police protection detail during Elvis’ July 4th, 1976 performance at the Mabee Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bob Baugess, along with officers Jack, Eubanks, "Big Mike," and Cecilia J., provided close protection for Elvis and the “Memphis Mafia” during their stay at the Sheraton Hotel, where they secured the entire 4th floor for the entourage. Following the performance, Bob escorted Elvis back to the hotel and presented him with a Bible. Deeply touched by the gesture, Elvis removed the scarf from his neck, signed it, and personally gifted it to Bob in a heartfelt exchange. This rare collection of memorabilia offers a unique glimpse into the personal life of Elvis Presley and his inner circle. Included in this exclusive lot are:     1    Concert-Worn and Autographed Scarf – Signed and personalized by Elvis Presley.     2    Backstage Canasta Score Sheet – Featuring scores from a game played during the show by Elvis’ girlfriend Linda Thompson, bodyguards Red West and Dave Hebler, Red’s wife, and Elvis’ personal secretary Pat Boyd-West.     3    “Memphis Mafia” Room Number Sheet – Detailing the Sheraton Hotel accommodations for Elvis’ entourage.     4    Tulsa World Newspaper Clipping – Coverage from the day prior to the performance.     5    Carson Attraction Envelope – Originally used for the performance tickets.     6    "Elvis: The Way I Knew Him" by Mary Jenkins – Signed by Elvis' personal cook, offering an intimate perspective of life with The King.     7    "A Presley Speaks" by Vester Presley – A signed copy authored by Elvis’ cousin.     8    Memphis Press-Scimitar Newspaper – Dated August 17, 1977, covering the aftermath of Elvis’ passing.     9    The Commercial Appeal Newspaper – Also from August 17, 1977, providing additional contemporary coverage from Memphis. This remarkable assemblage of items represents not only a pivotal moment in Elvis’ career but also a deeply personal connection with those who were close to him. The authenticity and provenance of this collection make it an unparalleled addition to any serious Elvis Presley or music memorabilia collection. ———— NO CHERRY PICKING or taking ONLY the items you want and leaving the rest!
