What a gem! An early hanging candlebox with two drawers with metal pulls, The paint is a red tone orange. Very rustic and it is the original paint. the construction has hand forged nails. This piece was done by a very talented craftsman. Nice scroll work. Height: 18" the bottom measures: 4 1/2" by 6" It has a slight narrowing as the piece height is increased to give it style. the two drawers measure: 4.75" by 4.75" Tiger maple wood on the back of the piece. The paint has wear and chipping but that gives the piece character.
