A very rare collector's item. If you are very lucky you may find an Item either gown or skirt from the Caspian Sea collection. There is a ton of documentation on this piece. The designer is Egyptian born Youssef Rizkallah who designed the whole Caspian collection for Malcolm Starr. The Source is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art- Bulletin August/September 1971.
