Claudia understands the process and gracefully works with families protecting their interest while interfacing with buyers-making the estate sale business a joy- She brings in the profit and the satisfied customers-she is a gem in the rough!

Claudia and Mark did our estate sale earlier this year. They were fabulous - creative and a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend them.

My elderly aunt unfortunately passed away and I found myself suddenly the executor of a small estate left to charity. I had no idea how to monetize her things, especially because she wasn't wealthy and had nothing of obvious value. I called/emailed some consignment and antique stores with photos, but the brief replies were all in the negative (nothing worth selling). I was lost until one kind owner said: "Wait, try calling Claudia, she has energy and lots of ideas!" Boy, does she ever!! I cannot thank him enough for that reference. The moment I spoke with Claudia I had found my person. She was caring, engaging and engaged, and immediately thinking of solutions. Upon walking through the house she confirmed she didn't see much of major value, though pointed out the few things I should double check. She was excited and knowledgeable about all the little items my aunt had sitting around. In fact, more than most, she specializes in "smaller ticket" items. Somehow she knew who might be interested in which, on the spot calling her network and getting some things pre-sold. I'd say she ended up taking about a third of the items in the house (she's got a van and packs them up herself). She has so many outlets to sell in - 3 storefronts (in SF, San Anselmo and Novato), multiple antique & fleamarket stands, eBay, personal contacts with dealers, and, when appropriate, will run an estate sale from top to bottom. Just to give an idea of the totally random items she's sold on behalf of the estate: a vintage sewing basket, framed 1920's family photos, an old coffee funnel, cowbells, a meat press, old handbag, and an ice cream parlor chair, to name only a few. Who knew?! Obviously none of these were alot, but she's willing to work on each sale regardless. She's constantly saying "All I can do is try!" She has been my savior and, besides her attitude, what I love is her never-ending network of people in the antique world to call upon. If she isn't a specialist in it, she knows who is (she's had people look at old records, international coins, silverware, pins, historic newspapers, and stamps for me - little was of value as expected but it was a relief to confirm before tossing). All I can do is thank Claudia and her extended team for taking this burden off my hands. So, if you find yourself in this position - call Claudia at Brunos. She DEFINITELY has energy and lots of ideas!

Recently we had to move from San Francisco to Australia at very short notice and had no idea what we were going to do with our household effects, furniture and way too many house plants and planters in the garden that could not make their way to Australia. In addition, we had to leave our rental property clean and in good condition for our lovely landlord with almost no time left. We were stressed and worried. This is when Claudia and Mark of Brunos Estate Sale came to our rescue.
Recognising that we had very limited time they stepped in quickly organising our sale which included extensive advertising. They explained the whole process which was new to us and guided us through the steps required and their pricing which was very reasonable.
Claudia and Mark always kept us in the loop, communicating well so we felt reassured and confident and knew what was happening pre-sale, during sale and after the sale. They worked quickly and efficiently advertising the sale; preparing the venue, arranging items in an attractive manner. I received feedback from several people who bought items at the sale saying how nice and friendly the atmosphere was, a testament to Claudia and Mark's smiles and an ability to put people at ease.
The sale exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised at how well the items sold. I attribute this to Claudia and Marks business and sales skills.
After the sale they arranged disposal of items that were not sold and the cleaning of our house leaving it great condition to return it to our landlord. He was very happy with the way the house was left.
The whole process was performed, quickly, efficiently, respectfully and seamlessly. I can't thank Claudia and Mark enough for their service which took so much stress and worry from our shoulders and I highly recommend this company. Claudia and Mark, you are the best!

This past July we needed help with an estate sale and after interviewing a few recommended companies I chose Bruno’s Estate Sales. Mark & Claudia communicated all of the tasks that they would preform and folks, their word was impeccable. They did it all! The financial success was very nice and even more importantly, they took an enormous task off my shoulders. The house was left totally empty and I am so grateful to Bruno’s for taking great care of us. These people are pros.
